With the help of an architect, engineer or our in-house design team, we guide you through the process of creating a space you’ll enjoy for years.

Step Three: The Product Profile

We help you choose finished products such as tile, carpeting, fixtures and cabinetry from quality suppliers. We then order the products and set a date to begin construction.

Step Four:  The Construction Game Plan

Once the design is approved and permits are in place construction begins. We work through your project in a timely manner by providing daily supervision and quality control assurance. The primary decision maker’s help is needed to keep the work moving forward.

Step Five: The Inspection

Your local building inspector must make sure various stages of work meet or exceed the standards for safety, materials and workmanship set forth in state and local building codes. We coordinate these visits, making sure your project receives the necessary legal approval.

Step Six: The Finishing Touches

We install your finish hardware, adjust mechanical and decorative items, organize your manuals and warranties, complete all pertinent punchlist items and perform minor detailing and cleanup.

Step Seven:  The Snapshot

Once our work is done we ask that you let us show it off via our website www.conceptbuilders.biz.  We arrange for professional photographers to document our work which also provides you with a record of the improvement you made to your home.

Step Eight:  The Check- in

We return to your home in 6 to 9 months for a post job walk-through assuring that everything is properly adjusted and operating efficiently.
